The Attorney General's Office of the State of Chiapas presented before a judge the director of Technological Infrastructure of the State Digital Technology Agency, Marco "N", accused of abusing and harassing two girls. The man has been suspended from his position and is at the disposal of the relevant authorities in the capital of Chiapas.

According to the statement from the Attorney General's Office, the alleged perpetrator faces charges of sexual abuse and sexual harassment against minors, for events that occurred in a shopping mall in Tuxtla Gutiérrez. He is at the disposal of the Control Judge of the judicial districts of Tuxtla, Cintalapa, and Chiapa de Corzo, where his legal situation will be determined.

The Attorney General's Office highlights that the accusation against the former official indicates that he approached the teenagers offering to pay them for everything, despite their refusal and annoyance. One of the victims called her mother, who arrived at the location and requested help from the authorities, resulting in the arrest of the accused.

The Women's Attorney General's Office is handling the case, and both minors have close patrols and psychological therapies as protective measures. The institution emphasizes its commitment to the rights of minors, clarifying the reported facts and ensuring accountability.
